Drink Up!

Drink up! The recommended intake of water per day is about 2.4 liters (about 81 ounces). That seems like a lot of water, but if it is spaced out through out your day it will be easier to accomplish. Buy a water bottle that is 32 ounces and drink about 2 and a half of these through out the day. Begin when you first wake up, even before you eat. This will also help you stay away from grazing on those not-so-good-for-you snacks during the day. Water equals life!]]>
