Beautiful Legs

In a BeyondBarre class we quickly feel the burn in the Quadriceps during Standing Barre. All of the Demi Plies and small muscle isolation pulses send the burn to the quads swiftly. This “exquisite burn” is what brings people back and back again to BeyondBarre class. It is key that as a BeyondBarre instructor you are conscious of working the muscles evenly. This means that it is important to work the Quadriceps but also to work the Hamstrings and Calves so the legs are beautifully and evenly.]]>
