Staying positive, as an instructor, is very important to promote this feeling throughout your class. It is hard when you are not exactly feeling like little miss sunshine, but your client’s don’t need to know or feel that from you. Also, you will get client’s that will try sucking the life out of you and your class. As your mother’s would say, “kill with kindness.” I like the show business saying of “fake it ‘til you make it.” In other words acting positive and happy will turn into being positively happy! This will translate to your client’s, even the energy vampires, and get them in a good mood in under one hour!]]>
