The BeyondBarre Glide workout is a real challenge. Every exercise in the workout uses the BeyondBarre Glideboard ™, although it’s not always used in the classic ice-skating style. The workout follows our standard eight BeyondBarre Elements, so your clients will feel comfortable gliding into this new challenge.
