Full Range of Motion

Working in a full range of motion will greatly increase the effectiveness of the exercises you are performing. When you are instructing a class, be sure to watch that your class follows this strategy. This means each exercise is carried out honoring all positions of the move. A good way to accomplish this is to first attain the proper “Set Up”. Next, remind your class to move through every position of the exercise deliberately and slowly for a few repetitions before moving to tempo.]]>
