Little Changes for Big Results

Here are three of my favorites ways to change up your BeyondBarre routine. 1. Increase the weight and lower the reps – When doing the Bicep series, use heavier (four-pound) weights but lower the repetitions. The extra weight adds to the overall effort of the exercise, but because there are fewer reps, it is seems like less work. 2. Lower the weight and add set or two – Clients will feel the burn! 3. Increase or decrease the tempo – This small change adds an extra challenge to both the body and mind.]]>
