November is Health Awareness Month! The Holidays are approaching and we must not give into the excuse of “oh well, it’s just the holidays I can eat whatever I want.” If you are continually taking BeyondBarre classes, the cardio aspect will burn fat and calories making it easier to reach for an extra piece of pie. When baking or cooking for the holidays make something that doesn’t need to include five sticks of butter or a jar of Crisco. Just because something may be healthy does not mean it is not tasty!
