Cue the Resistance

A few cues that I like to use during class are… –        Imagine you are moving through water. –        Imagine you are pushing through wet sand. –        Imagine you are moving through molasses or thick honey. –        Imagine you have heavy weights in the hands. Pressing the weights up and pressing the weights down.   With a bit of focus and concentration every exercise can be brought to a higher level of intensity by finding you own internal resistance.   ]]>
