Courtesy of Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of full fat, plain yogurt 1-1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil 1 handful organic spinach (plus 2 kale leaves if you have ‘em) 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter 1-1/2 tablespoons of honey 1 banana 1 tablespoon of Spirulina 1/4 cup of coconut milk (or almond, rice, cow, etc.) (more depending on desired consistency) 1/2 tablespoon of kelp (optional) 1/2 tablespoon wheatgrass (optional) 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (optional) 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional) Directions: 1. Put everything into a food processor, blender, or large cup with an immersion blender. 2. Blend on high until completely combined. Add more milk if you’d like it more liquid. This makes a good-sized smoothie, so you could freeze half of it to thaw and enjoy the next day.]]>
