Often times we can get hung up on things during our workout, whether we feel frustrated about an exercise or about something in our personal lives. Well, for about 60 minutes BeyondBarre gives you the opportunity to leave all that at the door and just have fun! My favorite cue to give my class is “smile,” especially during the most difficult exercises. Smiling boosts endorphins making us feel good.
