Safe Sun, Safe Sunscreen

The sun is shining and we are fast approaching summer time. Whenever you step out into the sun you must be protected. The sun can cause skin damage if you are not careful. Use sunscreen and avoid pre-mature wrinkles and sun spots by protecting yourself every time you are out catching some rays. However, not all sunscreen is created equally. Try to avoid those who contain any parabens. Parabens are known to chow up in low concentrations in breast cancer cells, and they can also mimic estrogen. I tend to stay on the more natural side of living, and avoid anything that can be questionable to my health. My favorite brand is Burt’s Bees Natural Sun Care SPF 30.]]>
