Standing Barre

Spotting / Assist: I find when doing any standing Barre work that client’s tend to hang out on their heels. It is so important for the weight to be forward on the balls of the feet in order to feel the work not only in the quads, but in the hamstrings as well. To get the client’s to do this it only takes one touch. Place one hand on the client’s mid-back and simply tell them to shift forward away from your hand. This will place them right where they need to be to get the most out of their workout!]]>
