Have you ever come across a client who is perpetually late? Let’s say you have someone come in 15 minutes late to class, and you don’t know what to do. A great way to solve this problem, and not kick them out, is to make them do some jumping jacks and push-ups to warm-up. If they have missed your Weights section have them include them on the Glide Board. This way you don’t disrupt your class because of one person and the late arriver will still get a great workout without getting injured.
