Workout-Friendly Hair

When I teach I like to look put together, rather than rolling out of bed and rushing to the studio. I like to be low maintenance, but look as if I tried really really hard. I find that it is easier to pick a workout outfit the night before, than deciding what to do with my hair. I have a lot of hair, but even so it needs to be out of my face and looking well placed. Having big hair can sometimes make me look as I feel. The more stress the wilder my hair. To avoid looking disheveled at any moment, I need a hair style that will look good and last long. To tame the beast, I braid! Braiding is no longer for little girls playing dollies. It is a sleek style that is workout friendly. If I am pressed for time, I go for a classic long braid down my neck or to one side. If I have time to spare, I will braid my bangs back into a ponytail (Grecian style). The braid seems to never fail at staying secure and looking nice all day!  ]]>
