Arugula Walnut Blue Cheese Pesto


  • 2 cups arugula
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup blue cheese (crumbled)
  • ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½  cup Enzo Olive Oil
  1. Add all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, into a food processor.
  2. Turn the food processor on then slowly pour the olive oil in through the top of the food processor with the machine still running.
  3. Blend until a creamy sauce forms.]]>
